Meet The Perfect Touch Of Home (TPTOH) Team!
We met as senior reps for another company working together to lead huge teams of reps. When that company unfortunately went into administration we decided we’d had enough of working for other companies and we could do this ourselves learning from their mistakes. When most people think of business partners they imagine us sharing an office and living round the corner from each other but for us this isn’t the case. The 4 of us are spread across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire. We work together via online chats & zoom calls so this is in the truest sense an online business.Between us we have 15 children ranging from age 4 to 22 so as you can imagine our lives can be pretty hectic but that’s exactly why working for ourselves and running the website as a partnership works so brilliantly for us.
We share vast experience in network marketing, customer service, retail & web design between us and very quickly got our website Tptoh.co.uk up and flying! TPTOH took off quickly which allowed us to open up an affiliate program earlier than we had planned. The programme allows us to give others a way to earn around their lifestyle and commitments too. We love working with our affiliate team and pride ourselves on listening to them and working with them to deliver the best for our customers.
A little about our website….The Perfect Touch of Home (TPTOH) allows us to share our passion for home decor and gifts and let our personalities shine through in the huge variety of items available. Every style from country kitchen to quirky oriental, rainbow colours to monochrome we have something to suit every home.We do our best to source the best quality in all products and where we can we choose to support other small businesses, independent makers and fundraising efforts for charities close to our hearts. We have just introduced these items created by independent small businesses:
Michelle hails from Chester & with 6 school age children she’s got a busy schedule of school runs but still finds the time to be our Twitter queen earning us 4 prestigious awards in the past month including Dragon’s Den star Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday award. She’s also our super shopper sourcing new products each week and adding them to the website ready for you. She has a wicked sense of humour and has us all in giggling fits everyday. As she has Bipolar Disorder she is a mental health advocate and is the resident agony aunt, always offering an ear for anyone who needs one.
Sarah is our resident Yorkshire lass from Rotherham. If you’ve ever messaged our Facebook page or commented on one of our posts it was most likely Sarah that you chatted to as she is our Facebook guru, Queen of the funny meme & marketing on the go. She’s the super organised one handling all of our stock and shipping your parcels with love. Always thinking of others, she is always fundraising and works tirelessly for the PTA and anyone who needs anything she is always there.
Joanna hails from Bolton. This mum of 2 and student teacher keeps our team of affiliates happy, motivated and I’m sure they’d say most importantly paid. Never one to shy away from a Facebook live she does training sessions and our all important incentive draw winners announcement each month. She’s also the one you’ll usually be talking to if you email customer or affiliate support emails. Joanna is a social butterfly and can always be found offering a shoulder to friends and selflessly runs errands for family making sure they are all taken care of.
Amanda is the resident tech geek and built the website from scratch. She manages the websites day to day running, sorting out any glitches, doing the admin for orders and affiliates and improving our search engine optimisation status (I can hear you yawning you know! lol) She is a mum of 3 and full time carer for her youngest son with additional needs. Life is a bit full on at times but working from my laptop on the go is my forte when i’m not networking on Instagram. Amanda is always the cheerleader and deals with everything with a smile on her face and a comforting word when needed. She raises awareness of Bronchiectasis since her youngest son was diagnosed as a baby. She battles every day fighting to make sure he has all the help he needs and deserves, he is a superhero she says but so is she!We truly love what we do and working together.
We have so much more to give and look forward to sharing the future of our little business with all of you; our wonderful customers. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support!
