We are a husband and wife team who make award winning cheeses with milk from a farm that has been in our family for five generations, so we know the milk quality is fantastic!
We make a creamy blue called Teesdale Blue, and an intriguing white called White Hilton, a rich Teesdale Goat and our newest cheese: Barney Brie, a mild cheese with a unique farmhouse rind cultured from the flora and fauna of the Teesdale area. We also make decadent dessert curd much like a cheese cake topping in lemon or ginger flavors and we have just launched our new kefir milk.
