Here at the Gluten Free Pie Co we have taken gluten free baking back to basic's, we have stripped away all the additives , preservatives & artificial flavourings & where ever possible we use only locally sourced ingredients
And even though we have not sourced Cheshire grown lentils or chickpeas yet, we are committed to using local suppliers too.
We are about more food smiles and less food miles!
All our pies are made from a gluten free hot water pastry & they are all hand raised the old fashioned way, just like a real pie should be.
Our menu will continue to change and develop to give our customers variety alongside what we are truly passionate about: great tasting food.
Our “Gluten Free Pie Co” range provides everyone with a chance to experience fabulous Cheshire ingredients in a more diverse setting than those extremely tasteless pies that coeliacs are used to.
With great Cheshire ingredients and a flair for both the imaginative and unusual, as well as simple great flavour combinations, we felt sure we are onto a winning formula.
We love this green and bountiful county. After all it provides us with the best known secret ingredients of all- Cheshire bred, raised and grown produce. That’s why we feel a great responsibility in ensuring we minimise our impact on our environment. We have committed to using packaging that is recyclable or compostable.
