Angie Castle – Norfolk cake maker.
Hi...I’m Angie Castle and I’ve enjoyed baking cakes for most of my life. Some of my earliest memories are of baking alongside my mother and grandmother in their kitchens and creating some delicious cakes for tea.
Now married, with two sons, I still love to bake for my own family but in the last few years I have established Edible Elegance to create cakes to order for all occasions.
In 2012, Sainsbury’s internal catering division had a competition to design and bake Olympic-themed cupcakes. Encouraged by my colleagues at the Attleborough store in Norfolk where I work, I made it through to the final 15 in the country just by the presentation alone. Soon after, in a blind taste test, my cupcakes were voted the best and I won the competition.
Since then, I have launched Edible Elegance, which is fully covered by all relevant hygiene regulations and registered with the local environmental health department in South Norfolk, with a 5 star rating.
I am also part of the Affiliates Programme with Pretty Witty Cakes.
From those early days baking as a girl, I have a real passion for creating wonderfully tasting cakes for all occasions and I look forward to baking a cake for you.

I just tell Angie what theme I would like then she goes and does her " Angie magic" and comes up with a masterpiece. She puts her heart and sole into each cake that she lovingly creates.
She made my cake for my 40th ( a tinkerbell one) I was mesmerised for ages because of its beauty.
The only downside is they never last long as we soon eat up every last crumb!
