My name is Debbie (Debs). I started Dinky Ink this Febraury where I make #wearable art. I hand draw onto poly shrink plastic and bake it into funky items which I then make into pins, necklaces, bracelets… anything really.
I am 31, a true scorpio. Wifey to my lovely hubby Matthew who also likes to draw and have a go making with me and mother to 2 beautiful but crazy daughters aged 10 and 5.
Since the age of 14 I have suffered with server anxiety, depression and at worst agoraphobia, then at 21 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia which I can’t say has been easy and it has defiantly took its toll on my confidence and ability to socialise. .
The only way I have found to cope with things is to simply do things that make me happy and improve on my mindset. Making and designing things is one of the main things that makes me happy which has also introduced me to the most loveliest people in the maker industry.
