For over 18 years, I worked for a global, blue chip company. I managed various customer service and sales teams, developing people and chasing business deadlines and sales targets.

In my latter years, I became increasingly aware of the detrimental effects that this target driven environment had on people, as well as the business costs associated with sick days and work-related stress. This led me to explore complementary therapies and their benefits. Reflexology stood out as I saw and experienced first-hand how regular treatments can support the reduction of stress and anxiety and in turn improve overall well-being.

​From these experiences it was clear to me that reflexology was needed to help and heal in this busy world of deadlines and expectations.

I set my practice up in January 2017, and have gone from strength to strenght helping clients with various ailments.

I am a full member of Professional Reflexology who have the highest entry levels in the country, with the strictest guidelines and codes of ethics. I am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologist's.
