Based in the vibrant town of Marple, Stockport, Shop Local Club Card was born from the frustration of having too many paper-based loyalty cards that were difficult to keep track of let alone remembered.  

We ourselves are a Small Business and are passionate about other Local Businesses and would love to see them not only survive but thrive.

Our innovation is the ONLY rewards platform to bring big brand loyalty solutions (like Tesco & Starbucks) TO LOCAL, INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES at an affordable price.  Customers can choose to use either a single membership card or FREE mobile app to access and track their stamp cards, points and vouchers.

With our solution retailers have the ability to offer loyalty programs such as "Buy 5 coffees, get the 6th FREE" and / or "Collect 1 point for every £1 spent, then receive a £2.50 voucher when you get to 50 points". The offer is unique to every business and points or stamps will not be shared amongst the businesses meaning that each shop can keep track of the effect of their individual program. 

Convenience
The convenience of using either a single membership card or FREE mobile app means that customers will not need to keep track of a multitude of paper based loyalty cards and Businesses will not need to pay over the odds for individual, loyalty systems....PLUS, we have gone the extra mile and included a 'Check-In' feature to accommodate Take Aways, Telephone orders and home deliveries.  Our "Join Once - Save Everywhere" slogan means that once a customer has picked up a card (or downloaded the app) and registered on our system, they can use that single card (or app) at ALL participating businesses.  We feel our innovation will reduce the waste of having paper stamp cards and will also close the gap between the loyalty offerings of national and multinational brands and our local independent businesses on the high street. 

Shop Local Club Card encourages an increase in footfall and therefore helping our high streets to not only survive but thrive; it helps businesses compete more favourably with the big brand names, it reduces waste paper, and gives customers more control to track their rewards.

Launched in Marple in August '17, we have over 8000 customers using the system and the feedback is phenomenal.  Business owners have reported that they are seeing new customers shopping more often and this has had a remarkable impact on sales and customer frequency.
