Individual coaching can take many forms – there is no single style that works for everyone. Finding the right coach is a very personal choice. You need to feel secure and confident in the person that is supporting you to be the best leader you can be.
I've provided coaching and mentoring to CEO’s and Senior Executives across some of the UK’s top organisations. Each individual has their own goal – it’s my role to understand your natural talent and style, and then support you to recognise that for yourself. Together we identify what holds you back, and then create the steps to move forwards.

During my career I’ve worked with a number of organisations – supporting organisational development from the inside. I’m pleased to have been Managing Director at Gatenby Sanderson. I supported CPP as COO through a period of reorganisation and crisis management, and helped to rebuild a successful, profitable business with a motivated staff and great culture.
I specialise in new business generation, turning underperforming areas into consistent market leaders, and working within challenging environments. Each personal achievement is a spur to helping other businesses develop highly engaged teams, positive cultures and outstanding results.
In a personal capacity I am proud to have been key note speaker for both the Financial Times and Eon, and am a volunteer mentor for Mary’s Meals.
