We are a hair and beauty salon which is a family run business. We have been established for 5 years and we are going from strength to strength. We are all about the guests. We call them guests because we want them to return like a welcome guest. We are focused on the guest experience making them feel cared for and looked after. The level of service is high to ensure its a full experience.
We reward loyalty to our guests not by discounted services but by free treats. We offer them access to the salon reception 24/7 as you can book on-line and reschedule your appointments.
For our hair guests we have a wash house. There we have a selection of shampoos and conditioners which we individually select for each guest. Once two thorough shampoos are completed we use conditioner to massage the head using Indian head massage moves, relaxing and making the guest feel completely relax whilst have a massage chair take away or their stress and strain.
We offer individual pots of tea, fruit tea and Rijio 42 luxury coffee.
We offer a text reminder service so guests can stay on track with their appointments. We also want guest feedback so we text them to ask about their experience and rate us out of 5. This year we won an award for our client experience as our average for the year was above 4.5%. Really proud of our team
We offer a full range of hair and beauty treatments using suppliers who share in our ethos. Good quality without testing on animals.
