About Norfolk Tea Stop

The idea for the Norfolk Tea Stop was born at the Sandringham Flower Show. We both have a passion for the style and decadence of the 30s through to the 50s. Being able to recreate and share the romance of the era with others across the county appealed to both of us, and what better setting than a traditional village hall or fair?

The Norfolk Tea Stop serves traditional Afternoon Teas, cream teas, homemade cakes and a selection of teas, (as well as coffee), served on fine vintage china. There’s also be milkshakes and iced teas for the younger ones.

You will find us travelling across the county, making Stops at village halls and high streets as we go. We are currently looking at further locations having made our first Stop at Brancaster Staithe. We are not restricting ourselves to just one corner of the county and you will also find us at events too.

People can expect to be transported to a bygone era when experiencing the Norfolk Tea Stop. One of style and sophistication. We will decorate the venue with genuinely vintage props and decorations, table linen, and supply vintage china, cutlery and napkins. There’ll be vintage music in the background adding to the stylish ambience and we will work with local bakers and cake makers to provide traditional homemade cakes. You’ll be waited on with a traditional table service too! We hope that in time we will be making regular stops at locations each month.
